Graduated from Highland Ranch High School in 2003. Received BS in Food Science and Nutrition at Colorado State University in 2007 and Doctorate in P.T. at Marquette University in 2015.

Graduated from Norway High School in 2006. Attended Lake Superior State University in 2009. Received BS in Athletic Training.

Graduated from Norway High School in 2008. Attended Lake Superior State University in 2013. Received BS in Athletic Training.

Graduated from Iron Mountain High School in 2010. Received AS as a Physical Therapist Assistant from Finlandia University in 2012. Certified Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist.
